At Innovate, every student embarks on a guided journey: beginning with a complimentary trial class or assessment, followed by a tailored educational plan, and culminating in purposeful, hands-on instruction. Whether it's singing, playing an instrument, composing, or performing in an ensemble, students build meaningful musical skills while growing in self-assurance and artistry.

Brian Simmons (Mr. B)

Brian—affectionately known as Mr. B—is a dynamic music educator, performer, and leader who has been inspiring musicians of all ages for over two decades. A Berklee College of Music graduate with a background in music education and film scoring, Brian has taught K–12, led choirs and bands, and from 2008–2025 built a thriving music community as School Director of Music Schools International, Peachtree City. A seasoned performer both locally and internationally, he released his debut album Music That Restores the Soul in 2024 and has composed commissioned works for television and motivational projects. Certified with the Maxwell Leadership Team, Brian blends artistry and leadership with an innovative teaching style and a gift for connection—believing that music is more than notes on a page; it’s a life-changing force for self-expression, growth, and impact.

Since 2012, Nicole has been empowering leaders and organizations to thrive—delivering executive coaching, leadership training, and mentoring programs for women and teens. As founder of the Recharge Women’s Leadership Network and creator/host of the Take Action Podcast, she inspires bold, purposeful action, while her nationwide speaking engagements showcase her dynamic presence, authenticity, and practical tools for transformation. With a background in social work, certifications in fitness, nutrition, and Maxwell Leadership coaching, and experience shaping strategy at Music Schools International, Nicole blends personal growth, professional expertise, and creativity to turn vision into action. Together with Brian, she champions family, community, and music education, sharing a life filled with faith, adventure, and intentional living.
